August 20, 2013 CLASS SUSPENSION (Announced)
Typhoon Maring with international name Trami is now a Tropical Storm hence it caused heavy rains and flood on various places in the country particularly Metro Manila and several parts of Luzon. And according to PAGASA latest update forecast Maring location or position will be at 700 km East of Itbayat, Batanes Tuesday morning (August 20, 2013), Wednesday (August 21, 2013) morning will be at 680 km East Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes and Thursday (August 22, 2013) Morning Maring will be at 530 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes or Outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
So this means that Maring will continue to bring heavy rains on the Parts of Metro Manila and Luzon and Little or few rain showers in Mindanao and Visayas. And because of it there's a possiblity of another Suspension of Classes within the next two days and that's tomorrow August 20, 2013 until Wednesday August 21, 2013.
