Due to heavy rains and thunder storms caused by Typhoon Labuyo Today, August 12, 2013 Classes were suspended in all levels in Metro Manila, NCR, Luzon and Laguna. See the complete list of Universities and Schools.

Saint Jude College-Manila – all levels, according to Dr. Evangeline A. Del Rosario
University of the East-Manila – all levels
University of the Philippines-Manila - all levels
University of Santo Tomas – all levels
Outside Metro Manila, the following colleges suspended Monday classes:
Holy Angels University-Pampanga - suspended classes in elementary and high school levels.
