According to the Kirkland Police Department, Bongiovi, a 19-year-old student at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., was arrested after heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were discovered in her dorm room.
She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of marijuana and criminally using drug paraphernalia, all of which are class-A misdemeanors. She was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. She was released on appearance tickets and must appear in court at a later date.
