Nur Fazira Saad "12 Year Old Malaysian Bride" (PHOTOS)
A 12 year old Malaysian girl Nur Fazira Saad tied the knot to Fahmi Alias, her 19 year old boyfriend. Their wedding which was held last week in northern Kedah state is now a trending topic worldwide. There were various negative reactions over the wedding of 12 year old bride not only in Malaysia but around the world this topic has been posted in various international websites. It’s really getting so many attentions now.
According to Nur Fazira’s, father Saad Mustafa he said that “"It is better for them to get married rather than doing something improper,”. So both sides of the family agreed to proceed with the wedding. But a certain activist group in Malaysia the Sisters in Islam, find the act or the wedding of a 12 year girl to 19 year old is improper, it’s shocking says Ratna Osman their executive director.
