Watch Cedric Lee & Zimmer Raz Arrested In Samar (VIDEO)
Vhong Navarro Mauling Assailants, Mastermind Cedric Lee and his companion Zimmer Raz were finally captured or arrested in Samar. It’s almost a week now when the court issued an arrest warrant to Cedric Lee, Deniece Cornejo, Zimmer Raz, Jed Fernandez, Ferdinand Guerrero and Bernice Lee.
And just this afternoon the Local Police of Eastern Samar together with NBI – National Bureau of Investigation arrested Cedric Lee and Zimmer Raz.
So both of them are now under the custody of NBI, they will be transferred from Samar to Manila.
Other suspects are still at large. But for sure they will be arrested soon.
