Cedric Lee, the main suspect and alleged mastermind behind the mauling of Vhong and Zimmer Raz of the suspects were arrested last Saturday, April 26, 2014 in Samar. Other suspects namely Deniece Cornejor, Ferdinand Guerrero are still being hunt. So for sure soon their mugshot will be the next.
And as part of the protocol before Cedric Lee and Zimmer Raz were taken into the detention of NBI, they passed through the taking of Mug Shot.
