The preliminary scores of the top 16 contestants in the 2013 Miss Universe was allegedly leaked online of one the preliminary Judges Elena Semikina on her instagram. A photo of the preliminary scores was posted on her instagram account. But the Miss Universe 2013 organizers did not comment yet on this issue. So we can't really say that the said photo of the preliminary scores of Miss Universe 2013 Top 16 is real.
Elena Semikina is a former Beauty Queen, she was crowned as Miss Universe Canada in 2010. She is also an actress and documentary film producer.
