NATIONAL TEACHERS MONTH 2013 List of Activities
The Department of Education of the Philippines or DepEd celebrates the 2013 National Teachers Month. The National Teachers Month 2013 is a two weeks and half celebration and it's full of activities. For the complete list calendar of activities, dates of The National Teachers Month 2013 see below:

Anvil Publishing at Manila International Book Fair at SMX Convention Center (open to the public)
Diwa at Manila International Book Fair. Specially designed giveaways await teachers when they register at the booth at SMX Convention Center (open to the public)

Sept. 12-14
Basa-Pilipinas Mass Training for Grades 1 and 2 teachers. A training course on enhanced reading strategies that build on the content standards of the Department of Education’s (DepEd) K to 12 Integrated Language Arts Curriculum; USAID/Basa Pilipinas Program (by invitation only)
Sept. 14
Seminar on developing critical thinking skills for mathematics competition and launching of the “High School Math Challenge Questions” book at SMX Convention Center, 9 a.m. -noon; Anvil Publishing (by invitation only)
Sharing best practices in celebration of NTM at the University of Makati,
8:30 -11:30 a.m., Network of Outstanding Teachers and Educators (Noted), (open to teachers in Makati City and Pateros)

The Many Faces of the Teacher Exhibit, a tribute to the men and women who have inspired other educators through their stories, at SM City North Edsa; Bato-Balani Foundation, Diwa Learning Systems and FAITH (by invitation only)

Girl Scouts of the Philippines Troop Leaders Day: Treasure the Spirit of Leadership. Troops, councils and regions will conduct a floral corsage offering, card-giving and recognition ceremony for teachers
