New Orleans Mothers Day Parade 2013 has turned into a bloody event after an alleged African-American Male one of the suspects opened fire. The full identity of the suspect was not yet confirmed but most of witnesses told the police that one of the suspects is African-American Male. No photo was revealed yet. And the sad thing here is that No suspect is under the custody of the police right now.
The witnesses described the suspect to be approximately 18 to 22 years old, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jean shorts.
