Just two days ago when a man, identified as William Spengler ambushed (fatally shot) two firefighters during Christmas Eve. Now, in connection with the Shooting Incident, a woman named Dawn Nguyen was arrested on Friday for she was the one who bought the gun for the shooter or gunman, William Spengler. Dawn Nguyen lives in Rochester, New York. She is the neighbor of William Spengler. She purchased an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle and a 12-gauge shotgun on June 6, 2010, but lied to the police. And because of that Dawn Nguyen will be facing a federal charge for making false statement and falsification of business documents or records. If Dawn Nguyen will be found guilty, she will be penalized of ten years imprisonment or a fine of $250,000 or maybe both.

"She told the seller of these guns, Gander Mountain in Henrietta, N.Y., that she was to be the true owner and buyer of the guns instead of William Spengler," he said. "It is absolutely against federal law to provide any materially false information related to the acquisition of firearms." "It is sometimes referred to acting as a straw purchaser and that is exactly what today's complaint alleges,"
